Unfortunately, I don't think we have a split word here. 'Medbranotha' has more to do with 'stewardship' and 'leadership' as opposed to 'fellowship'. The thing to consider here is a look-alike Greek word possibly. After all, 'oikonomia' (administration, "economy") sounds somewhat like 'koinonia' (fellowship) but maybe there's another answer as to why Zorba chose 'koinonia' as opposed to 'oikonomia'.
