Thanks for your informative reply. Does this mean that your interlinear translation is based on the Peshitto rather than the Peshitta? I gues I am confused.

The steps involved in creating the Interlinear are:

(1) Copy the text of the Word Files (UBS Peshitto text) which is 95% the same as the eastern text
(2) Proof read word-for-word against the printed 1891 Mosul edition (eastern text)
(3) Translate

We will be adding a third level of poof-reading, that against the Khabouris manuscript.

Akhan Stephen Silver has volunteered to be on the Editing Committee (along with Larry Kelsey, Editor in Chief <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s --> ) and Rev. David Bauscher has also joined the translation team and will be working on other chapters and books.
