For all the promises of Eloha were truly in him, in the Anointed, yes; because of this, by his hand we are given amen to the praise of Eloha.

See the similarity in the Aramaic word used here for yes and amen, the former pronounced in (like in seen) and the latter pronounced amin. The only difference between the two words is the pthaha-mem.

This word translated 'yes' only appears 27 times in the Peshitta text. See also 2Corinthians 1:19.
