Dear Yaaqub,
I got so involved with this Hebrew/English New Covenant idea that I ordered an audio tape version (now out of print) of the Hebrew New Testament:

I used to believe that this was a way to find 'The Hebrew Roots' of the New Covenant until I understood that all that ALL of these translations are, is just a translation from the Greek.
Around that time, I found the P'shitta N.T. and I abandoned the idea that going through a Hebrew translation of a Greek translation, is not really gonna take us one step closer to the First Century New Covenant!
