I have seen this offered on a couple of different sites but I don't own one myself.
If the Hebrew translation is the same as that which was published in the early 1990's combined with a version of Biblia Hebraica, then I have read the Hebrew translation of the NC and use it sometimes in comparing translations and variants comparison work. It appears to actually have been translated from the Greek. It uses tons of Greek forms of names (personal and geographical) instead of sticking with a HebrewAramaic form of these. If you want examples or scanned pages let me know.
If it happens to be the same as the above then I wouldn't pay that much money for it. But that's just my opinion.
