More proof that the Peshitta is a revision of the Old Scratch to make it more inline with the Imperial Byzantine Greek text:

For Luke 24:36b, the I.B.G.T. reads:
"....said to them, "Peace be to you." "

The Old Scratch reads:
"....said to them, "Peace be to you." "

The Peshitta reads:
"....said to them, "Peace be to you. It is I (Ena na), don't be afraid." "
