The site is working, and the link is right. Hmmm.. Well, here is a link direct to the book, which is hosted on an associate's server (I cannot afford at present a proper server, paid service etc so I use a free host).

A couple of chapters there should help you out.
As for replacing Adonai for MarYah, that is doing the same as what Lamsa, Greek translators, etc have done. Diluting the meaning of the word which has "divine connotations".
