From everything I can gather, there is a three-way split in Matthew 15:6 when comparing the Aramaic and Greek texts. George Berry's translation of 15:6 in his Greek-English Interlinear is as follows: "and ye made void the commandment of God on account of your tradition." The Greek phrase that is translated as 'the commandment' is t??n ??ntol??n
Berry's footnote reveals how some editions based on other texts have chosen t??n l??gon - the word - {Lachmann and Tregelles' editions are listed in this occurrence}
Tischendorf and Alford chose t??n n??mon - the law

Keeping in mind that Thayer's Greek Lexicon also gives 'precept' (as well as 'law' and 'command') as one of its meanings for n??mov, let's go to Smith's Compendious Syriac Dictionary. The word in the Peshitta text that corresponds to these three Greek expressions is [font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]Flm[/font].
Under the entry [font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]fm[/font], [font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]Flm[/font], we have in section a) a word, saying, sentence, precept, command.
