The point of your post had nothing to do with the supposed effectiveness vs. ineffectiveness of a particular surgery. Good try though.
The point of your post also had nothing to do with good outcomes vs. poor outcomes. These last two posts of yours only obfuscates the truth.
With respect to physicians you said "These guys often have their own financial benefits as their main concern (of course they would never admit to it)." My question remains; how many physicans do you know personally? If the answer is zero, and I suspect it is, then you have no basis upon which to form your opinion. How many physcians do you know who have "their own financial interestes as their main concern"? This is THE question.
Why should the readers of this forum value any other opinion of yours if you can't back up your "facts" and why should we even bother to read any rebuttal when you refuse to answer THE question asked? I would ask again, please don't spin the question, will you answer my point?
