Is the "Kai", "Te", structure of Hebrews 6:4 mirrored in the Peshitta text?

Also ... Do any of the "Western" Churches hold to "Greek Primacy"? If so, which text?

Or perhaps it "Te", "Kai", but I didn't have any luck searching those terms.

It seems it is in fact "Te", "Kai". I read something about this structure on B-Greek once, but can't find the discussion.
