A Hakkim (wise man) leaves his Hokmata (wisdom), A malka (a king) leave his Malk?ta (...?). Whats' that ?

A malka, who we translate as king, used to be a counselor, a central person in the ancient Aramaic community, long before we had any idea of feodal kings, who was consulted for counsel.
