Generally speaking, zqafa in Western Classical Syriac is pronounced "o" as in "over" where in Eastern it's "a" as in "father." So:
Eastern Classical Syriac / Western Classical Syriac
Alaha / Aloho
Malkutha / Malkutho
etc, etc.
