No...you have to buy a copy, as it is not given away for free online... BUT...why do you need that, when you can study The Aramaic Scriptures without a translation? I mean, an Interliner Aramaic New Testament.

And if you need any help on how to ues that, just ask me. This is far better than just reading a translation. Though translations have their place, and study notes are very helpful...but if you can afford to buy those...then The Word of God is at that place for free...and you can study it indepth.
