How do Church of the East Christians and or Leadership feel about the flags images, being two anceint Assyrian false gods, Chemosh and Ashur. Are they ok with this being in the Parish and in their homes and representitive of their Nation?
I have learned that the Original modern Assyrian flag design in the early 1900s, until the new one was crafted, had an all white background with a blue Cross on it. I would think that is a much better choice of a flag to fly, to represent the Assyrian Nation, with so many being Christians. The new design, seems very out of step to me with the beliefs of the Assyrian People.
