Ha! I'm going to make labels and call it Babylon Brew. I'm thinking of starting a monastic order in Iraq and convert it to a brewery...not sure if the Muslim neighbors will appreciate it, though.

The taste is not quite there yet as far as imitating the "West" 12. Almost though. I became intent on recreating it after it nearly broke the bank. It's so expensive. You can get the authorized clone of it at a finer liquor store, like Binny's Beverage Depot. I think it's called "Abt 12", made by the St. Bernadus brewery. Still very pricey, though. But well worth it.

Abt 12 i've seen at a market i frequent in Fort Worth, so i'll have to try some now for sure. i don't mind at all paying more for the stuff that is actually worth swallowing! if one's beer tastes like it is the product of what would happen if the finer ales had kidneys and the contents of them had been drained and bottled, then i see no point in drinking it! life's too short to abuse one's palate when it comes to drinking.
