Research on the (alleged) OS heritage of the peshitta gospel

Some may find this worth a look re: the state of play WRT to attempts to continue to argue that thev peshitta is a re-working of the OS

He does have some points however mostly they are moot because once you realize that Codex Philips is a Western-type Peshitta text, it falls in line with our theory that it was a revision of the Peshitta to bring it in line with Rabulla's "Old Syriac" ... which itself was a revision of the Peshitta towards the Greek text of the Byzantine empire where his jurisdiction lay.

Now if they find an Eastern manuscript that contains "Old Syriac" readings, that would be a problem.
