2 Corinthians 5:14 Greek bug: We will die because of Him.
#1
I today, discovered a great leak in the Greak words.
In fact, Paul pleads that we all die because of Jesus death.

So, that's great! You and I die because of Jesus thank you!

Of course, the Aramaic text, is much more clear.

Let's first see the KJV English translations of the Greek text.
"For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:"

As you see; they could not resist to modify the meaning Greek source text and to soften the translation.

The Vulgate, is very clear about the Greek text (Jerome, did a good job)
"est ergo omnes mortui sunt" (So, everybody WILL BE dead)

The Aramaic text solves the issue.
(G.W. Bausch interlinear)
(with Him) hl (died) tym (every person) snlk (so then) Nydm
"So then, every person died with him."

shlomo Distazo,

... dHad Hloph kul nosh meet
... He Alone has died for every man

modeyn kul nosh meet leh
therefore every man has died

Note: "meet leh" (has died) is in relation to "kul nosh" (every man)

push bashlomo,
