I've tried it on two computers and it seems it has been down for a while now, or is it just me?

That site has been "down" for a while, not really sure what happened to it. If you look closely at the top of your browser, you'll see the words "Welcome to The Assyrian Aramaic Language Website" at the top. Additionally, viewing the source of the page gives this (in HTML):

If you're unfamiliar with HTML, it's basically the language of web pages: the browser reads the HTML and produces a nice, readable web page. The more lines of HTML there are, the more content there is to the site, and looking at the above shows that there's very little content on the site (to compare, view the source of any other web site by right-clicking and selecting "View Source" in Internet Explorer or "View Page Source" in Firefox).
So basically, the site is working, it's just that there's almost nothing on the site.
