I have started a project to provide a free database of the Khabouris manuscript for BibleWorks. The advantage of this is that, when the database is available, you will be able to use the Text Comparison facility of BibleWorks to automatically highlight the differences between the 1905 BFBS edition (which I made available as a BibleWorks database, with vowels, last year) and the Khabouris manuscript. Words which are different will be displayed in colour. When this project is completed, it could lead to other helpful things such as a printed book of the Khabouris manuscript.
If anyone would like to help with this project to cut down the time it will take, please can you contact me at macleod dot ewan at gmail dot com. You will need to have BibleWorks 7, but apart from that you only need a text editor, some spare time, and the PDF of Stephen Silver's Transcription of the Khabouris manuscript which is available at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.aramaicpeshitta.com/AramaicNTtools/khabouris.htm">http://www.aramaicpeshitta.com/AramaicN ... bouris.htm</a><!-- m -->
Unfortunately, BW7 does not currently allow some final characters of the Estrangela font to be included in user-created databases, and therefore the database will have to be in Hebrew ashuri characters for now. But that's not so bad.
