Deuteronomy 23:1 adulterer/eunuch

No adulterer shall enter the congregation of MarYah.
Masoretic text (23:2 in Hebrew),

Targum Jonathan,
He who is castrated is not fit to take a wife from the congregation of the Lord's people.
