You quote antiquated translations like the KJV which use "kill" instead of the more accurate "murder", even in KJV English the word "kill" had a meaning of premeditated murder. You don't address the parts of Tanakh that praise righteous war. And, I think you wrongly interpret some of the other verses like:

-Molest: abuse, afflict, persecute, torment, attack, harm, injure etc (from Collins Paperback Thesaurus)
Notice that "your own wages should be enough for you", Yokhanan is talking about soldiers or police who would extort or intimidate money from civilians. If he meant don't "attack, harm, injure, etc" then soldiers couldn't have even functioned as soldiers and there would have been no way for them to live on their "own wages."
