Does somebody know of a more detailed explanation of how to use http://www.peshitta.org/fonts/ESTRANG2.TTF besides just http://www.peshitta.org/images/Keyestr.jpg?
My main question is when is one supposed to use the SHIFT version of Vowels/Accents/Others, in what contexts or with what consonants?
(I am well aware of Unicode Estrangela fonts freely available, I am specifically interested in this ASCII font, for some valid (I believe) reasons)
Also this forum seems to be extremely quiet, there used to be a lot of activity a few years back, could somebody point me to the place where the activity is happening now? If Facebook, would one mind posting the exact link?
