Interesting question that I hope someone with insight into CoE will answer! In the mean time...
* There are not two camps in this issue but at least three. Otto Zwierlein assumes Peter epistle was either written from Jerusalem or that the forger of the letter, in case it wasn't written by Peter the apostle, intended its readers to think it was: http://www.philologie.uni-bonn.de/philol...n_rome.pdf.

Who said Peter was crucified?
