MAR Acronym?

While browsing the forums ages ago I think I saw someone say Mar Ephraim define "MARYAH", having Ephraim shown as defining the "Ya" in "Marya" as clearly identifying "YAH" e.g. YHWH. In this same post, if not a similar one, it was mentioned that M-A-R is actually an acronym. Something along the lines of Strength, etc.

Could anyone link me to this or give their input on the MAR portion?
