Translations Compared: Eastern or Western?
I found a variant tonight in Luke 2:48, where The Peshitta, reads
"... I and your father..." while the Western altered version of The Peshitta, reads  
"...your father and I..."  When Maryam is relating to Yeshua that they had been searching for Him with much anxiety.

The Western version follows the Greek.
