For starters, here is Joseph Pashka's Gospels and Acts, with Aramaic Text (Peshitto), Translation, and Transliteration, though it is not in an interlinear form. His Transliterations have no vwls, just like the Aramaic text, so have fun trying to pronounce the words. <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s --> Esword also has a transliterated Peshitta text, but I haven't seen it.
