The One About Ben

Rafa Wrote:Aaron, I'm sorry if I initially ignored you on the issue of "unity over truth" debate on the Ekklesia thread. I will later tell you my view on this matter, we might even start a thread on it. As for Ben...I did not find him as instructed in his faith as others I have met, I knew this immediately when in the personification of attributes thread or some other I can't remember he basically pretty much said he didn't believe in the afterlife (based on his vision on what the soul and spirit are).

Understandable....this viewpoint is not to be popular in any sense, but it's how I see things, so I share when it comes up (but I don't post everything I believe all at once and flood the forum with 2nd rate discussion) <!-- sTongue --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/poketoungeb.gif" alt="Tongue" title="Poke Tounge" /><!-- sTongue --> I wasn't trying to say that this perspective can describe all factions, but it's an interesting idea to at least consider. At least theoretically, if one believes to have truth, what margin outside of that truth is acceptable? If one believes Torah to be a desirable delight and the other scoffs at it, is it completely normal to consider each other of faith? Surely one is abandoning the message of Yeshua...
