YHWH and Marya

"Yahweh" is not an Aramaic word; "Marya" is.
If your hearers understand "Yahweh", and not "Marya", then, by all means, use it.

Another way to present "Marya" is "Mar -Yah" ("Lord-Jah"), which is its derivation.
