I found an interesting note about Yeshua speaking Hebrew and Aramaic in the Editor's Note to the Aramaic-Hebrew Diglot (published by the Aramaic Scriptures Research Society, sold on aramaicbooks.com), it reads:
"Yeshua spoke in Aramaic, and no doubt used Hebrew in conversations with scribes and other religious leaders, in addition to the synagogue use of Hebrew."
