I would have to agree. The Bible nowhere is against re-marriage as long as both people are "eligible". Also, it makes it clear that the pastor/priest/whatever should be married, so what surely he could re-marry if she died for instance.

But I always have wondered why does it stress this "one wife"? Why not just say "married"? Does this verse allow for polygamy among non-clerical Christians???
