Methinks thy scripts are wanting. Dost thou have Estrangela scripts loaded in Windows and is thy browser IE ?

I see everything in a fine Estrangela script.
Is your view set for "web layout" or "normal" in Word.

I find it hard to imagine they would be using Serto for the font. Are you sure its Serto ? Alephs would be a vertical line in Serto.

I suggest that we download the files and sort our fonts out later.
