[font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]hrbg[/font] is the construct form of the emphatic form -[font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]0rbg[/font].
The emphatic is the regular stand alone form and can be singular or plural-("the man" , "the men"). Seyeme points (..) can distinguish between sing. & plural.An attending verb may also do so.

The construct is usually possessive and used with an [font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]h-[/font] ending followed by a dalet proclitic [font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]"d"[/font], meaning ,"of" attached to the following noun:
[font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]Myrmd hrbg[/font] -"the guardian of Mariam".

[font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]0rbg[/font] occurs about 300 times in The Peshitta NT in various forms;
[font=Estrangelo (V1.1)]hrbg[/font] does occur only once. It means "the man of" , or "the guardian of".
