I know approximately that when Lamsa was translating he was sponsored by some wealthy KJV advocate and therefore the sponsor was dictating him what to do.
I personally noted that Lamsa translations are strange, very strange.
And I prefer not to interfere with Lamsa.
The main point in Masoretic text is missing that it is vain to observe the teaching and commandments of men. What are they?
