The Mingana Codex is the Peshitta New Testament and the Ambrosiano Codex is the Jewish Bible (Christian Old Testament, Apocrypha and Josephus). What are you trying to resolve? Are you referring to the word "Pentecost" in I Corinthians 16:8? It is the same in the Khabouris Codex and the Mingana Codex.
We would love to add both the Mingana Codex as well as the Ambrosiano Codex to our Bible Research. Ambrosiano would be great for our study of the Peshitta A"NK in comparison to the Massoretic Text of the Jewish Bible.
