Paul,
Penny and I had a great time with you, Donna and your daughter earlier this month. We leave tomorrow for Alaska so I won't be able to read your reply to this post for about a week (unless I can get to a computer). Do they have computers in Alaska yet?
How's this for a fair definition of "qnoma"; a word which has no English cognate. Qnoma is "nature realized in a particular indivual" or "the essence which underlies the nature of the individual". Is this close to your definition of "an individuated, non personalized instance of a kayana (nature) which is in fact concrete reality" or "underlying substance/concrete nature"?
God Bless you my brother,
Keith
