Matthew 23:10 has a split word too. There is a variant dealing with leader/guide and master. Of course, the Aramaic 0nrbdm means leader, guide, master, ruler.

I don't speak Aramaic but it seems that there is a word-play with ?????? and ?????????? apparently those 2 words have the same roots.
