]When Jesus commanded Lazarus to come forth from the grave, the Peshitta says, "Lazar ta labar." This seem like legit wordplay?

The next verse in 44 uses 'anpaq' which also means 'go forth/out', instead of 'ta labar' in verse 43.
So probably the choice for 'labar' is no co-incidence. But I hope others will comment as well.
