Peshitta in the Talmud - Burning one - 06-22-2011

Shlama,

i've found that the term PESHITTA (Peh-Shin-Yudh-Tet-Aleph) is used at times in the Talmud (Gemara) to give the sense of "duh" / "only obvious" like in Berakhot 12a & 20b. to us the Peshitta itself truly is "Only Obvious" when you look at the evidences. now if we could only get that across to others....

and that's about it! sorry if the heading of my topic made you think i was gonna talk about something else that would have been FAR cooler...if so i should probably be slapped! <!-- s:biggrin: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Big Grin" /><!-- s:biggrin: -->

Chayim b'Moshiach,
Jeremy
