Syriac-Syriac Dictionary - abudar2000 - 10-18-2009

shlom lokh oH Lars,

We just got another lucky break, they have posted the Syriac Dictionary of Thomas Audo. If possible, can you add it to the list of dictionaries you have available on Dukhrana?

This link is for the first volume:
(I'm hoping the second volume will follow shortly)

Shlama akhi Keefa-Morun,

I'm now done with volume 1, http://dukhrana.com/lexicon/TomaAudo/index.php .

However, I will wait and incorporate it into the Peshitta Tool analysis page until we also have volume 2.

Push b'shayna,
Lars

Shlama Akhi Phil,

What a coincidence :-) Just earlier today I was checking to see if volume 2 was available for download yet or not, and to my surprise I saw it was. I have so far indexed about half of it. However, this volume 2 is lacking several pages, it only goes from Lamadh to Tsade, and not from Lamadh to Taw as the cover/title page says. So the letters Qoph, Resh, Sheen and Taw are missing. I hope they will realize the mistake and publish a complete volume 2 soon, but until then I guess we just have to settle with what we have, which at least is better than nothing :-)

Shlama,
Lars
