Sephardic vs. Ashkenazic | Eastern Aramaic vs. Western. - dowidh - 12-13-2008

Guys. I couldn't help but notice the similaries.

?????????? is a long 'a' vowel with the Sephardic pronunciation, just like ???????????? is a long 'a' vowel with Eastern. While ?????????? is an o vowel with the Ashkenazic/Yemenite pronunciation, just like ??????????????) ????????????) is an o vowel with Western.

Makes me wonder. The eastern vowels all in all seem very close to the Sephardic vowels.
