AKHI is first person possessive, so when you talk to me I should be called by YOU, "my brother", AKHI, NOT the other AKHOKH. AKHOKH would be if you were talking to me about someone else, e.g. "Andrew how is AKHOKH (YOUR BROTHER) John?" That is why I said AKHI first, because you asked how to say MY BROTHER. Hope this helps!
